陳恩德師傅
陳恩德師傅在香港土生土長,當時年紀輕輕的德哥為了生計而走進廚房工作,卻日漸培養出對煮食的濃厚興趣。德哥帶領龍景軒的團隊,在2008年成為第一間榮獲三星米之蓮的中菜廳,他個人亦是史上首位榮獲三星米之蓮的華人廚師。
當年德哥辭去麗晶酒店(前四季酒店)的工作,專心照顧子女;其後在祈偉立—前任區域副總裁的誘說下擔任行政副總廚一職,這個決定至今仍然對德哥的事業有著深厚的影響,德哥卻不斷重申三星米之蓮的殊榮是屬於整個團隊及每位團員努力不懈的成果。

The menu offers a variety of signature dishes crafted by Chinese Executive Chef Chan Yan Tak, as well as an extensive selection of dim sum at lunchtime, and an a la carte and Chef’s menu for lunch and dinner. The private dining room features harbor views and provides the perfect setting for business entertainment or intimate family celebrations.
