馬榮德師傅
馬榮德師傅,現任六國酒店中菜行政總廚及「香港中廚師協會」榮譽會長,他在2009年榮獲「世界中國烹飪聯合會」頒授「國際中餐大師」、2012年「法國藍帶美食協會」頒授「榮譽會員勳章」、2013「粵港澳酒店總經理協會」頒授「粵港澳十佳名廚」、2016年榮獲「中國名廚星光大道成就金獎」及2017年「世界粵菜廚皇協會」頒授「粵菜名廚大師」。他曾於2019年擔任「香港國際美食大獎」總評審,亦是粵港澳餐飲廚藝協會委員、世界中餐業聯合會粵菜產業委員會委員及世界粵菜廚皇協會會士。他多年來在比賽中獲獎無數,分別在2010年、2011年及2013年「美食之最大賞」比賽中獲得「至高榮譽金獎」,得獎菜式「金枝玉葉」、「東方之珠」及「黃金蟹甲」。另外,2016年至2018年連續三年在「亞洲名廚精英薈」比賽中獲得「金獎」及「至尊獎」,得獎菜式「黯然銷魂飯」、「羅漢金甲」及「鳳舞浴池」。2012年6月份,馬師傅被「香港旅遊發展局」邀請前往法國參與「法國波爾多2012葡萄酒節」,宣傳香港美食天堂。
