曾超敬師傅
明閣(灣仔)的廚藝總監曾超敬師傅是廚藝界備受推崇的資深名廚,擁有40 多年烹調粵菜經驗,曾離港遠赴外地,到中國大陸、瑞士及澳洲遊歷及在當地展示精湛的粵菜造詣。2020 年,曾師傅再度回到土生土長的香港,並在明閣(灣仔)將個人對正宗粵菜美饌的獨到卓見,以優質的在地食材及現代的烹調技巧,一絲不苟地呈現於饕客前。
