卅二公館的餐飲團隊由集團中菜行政總廚李文星師傅帶領。李師傅是一個備受推崇的粵菜廚師。他曾於香港文華東方旗艦酒店內 的文華廳任職，並建立了聲望。他任職期間主理的粵菜和菜單令中菜廳榮獲了米芝蓮兩星及香港旅遊發展局多個榮譽，包括二零 零六年和零九年的‘Best of the Best Culinary Award’。他亦曾為香港中廚師協會的成員及在HOFEX，亞洲頂尖的飲食業及酒店業的展銷會中擔任評審員。

秋冬五行養生菜單為您呈獻一系列滋補佳餚，以金（肺）、木（肝）、水（腎）、火（心）、土（脾）五行元素為設計理念。
金（肺）：山藥杞子鮮百合炒玉帶，結合鮮美的帶子、滋補的山藥、新鮮的百合和枸杞，滋養肺部。
木（肝）：酸湯豆苗浸泡鱈魚球，促進肝臟健康。
水（腎）：黑松露花膠黑豆愛爾蘭櫻桃鴨，滋養腎臟。
火（心）：紅菜頭汁有機番茄紅蘿蔔煎野生鹿柳，促進心臟健康。
土（脾）：鮑魚五穀淮山飯，有助於脾臟健康，促進消化。
最後，萬壽果燉官燕，以木瓜和官燕為主要成分的燉湯，清爽滋補。
