鄧浩宏師傅憑住超過20年廚藝經驗,32歲已經晉升成為中菜主廚,擅於用嶄新手法及獨特風格演繹傳統粵菜,無論食材配搭亦或菜式風味,都講究一個「和」字,達至味道之融和。菜單靈感源自主廚的旅遊經歷,臻選時令頂級食材及醬汁,配搭創意和精湛廚藝,令菜式賣相以至味道都得到昇華,化作新派與傳統粵菜之間的巧妙平衡。

前菜 — 海南黃椒醬涼拌北寄貝豆麵酸辣清爽醒胃,能喚醒味蕾對美食的渴望,而且富含營養,特別是在發酵過程中產生的獨特益生菌,有助提高人體的免疫功能。 滋補燉湯及主菜同樣以富含療效的材料入饌,呈現和諧平衡的饗宴。最後以性溫,滋補脾胃,補氣的糯米製成鮮椰汁香芒糯米飯完美作結。滿足食客的味覺之餘,同時以創新的方式展現粵菜飲食智慧。
