施超群師傅
帝苑酒店東來順總廚施超群擁有超過30年入廚經驗,曾於著名上海菜食府留園雅鈙任職,於2004年加入東來順出任副總廚;2012年出任香港九龍東智選假日酒店晉薈總廚;2013年再度加盟東來順出任餐廳總廚至今。
施師傅擅長滬菜,通曉外省菜的特點,擅長炮製湯鹵醇厚,濃油赤醬,糖重色豐,鹹淡適口的菜式。施師傅憑藉其精妙的廚藝及豐富的滬菜烹調經驗,善於利用不同的食材,炮製出令人耳目一新的菜式。菜式賣相精緻,宛如一件件藝術品,令食客目不暇給!
